I have been so busy making "stuff" and being sad about my youngest leaving for England that I have certainly been neglectful   this month....    How am I EVER going to get over her being in England for 3 yrs?   I am the mom that homeschooled and cried her eyes out when my girls were married....and left me. LOL     Empty nest syndrome was particularly difficult for me.      SIGH....   never the less ...despite sadness and the menopause emotional rollercoaster ...the.show.must.go.on!          I have been making unusual pumpkins this year....different and fresh...however they are not properly photo'ed yet....  so here is another sweet pink lady that has flown our coop to her new home.

She has a nice new home already but I am making more....and more.... and working on some sweeeet kitties with new fabric that excites me...Hope it will  you too!      This is the other distraction I have...idn't she adorable?

Schweet cloud day and 70 degrees.....so beautiful....I can't even hear the sewing machine beckoning me.

This weather has be so fantastic! I am going to be sad I wasn't as productive as I should of been during show season for sure....   Loving July so far...I cannot remember one that was this wonderful temperature-wise....
So today I am listing a sweet fall pumpkin with a perky mouse on top.   The pumpkin is made from orange dyed chenille and has a little wooden stem...it also smells wonderfully fall with "Primitive Home" scent from Crow's Nest Primitive Shoppe.   Love her scents and pretties.

Available on my Facebook page and Etsy if I can find
the time to list on there.   I tend to let my mind and fingers
wander and pretty soon forget why I went there initially.  Heehee

This 14" doll is in made to honor those that have fought and and won their battle and in remembrance of  those that have fought and lost.   My Aunt Cecil passed from breast cancer several years ago at a relatively young age.She sang and  praised God through out her struggles and I know one day I will see her smiling face and hear her infectious laugh again.  =)     This lady is available on my facebook and etsy page  and I have enough fabric to make about 3 more.
