This darlin' of a doll is another Sweet Meadows Farm gal , fact she is the same pattern as the "kitchen Annie" in yellow from a previous post..... this Annie is dressed in a black, white,  and red print with matching pantaloons and bow on her wool hair .  She also has a  Dachshund cookie cutter tied to her hand....she is available on my facebook page Etsy and Pinterest.......=)

Been suffering from the humidity I do believe...lots of headache and  "I dont wanna do nothin's" going on....cannot believe how much it has rained....every.single.day.       This guy is made from my Bella and Bubbles pattern...he is a dapper dude in his bow tie and vest....with piercing green kitty eyes.     Available on my Facebook page.      =)

We are catching up on "Once Upon A Time" series .....these reminded of the fairytales on that series...lol    These apples are made from a Make Me a Memory pattern and come in red/green or yellow. I make them with real apple stems when possible and seal them for that great apple shine....  Perfect for kitchen decor..    

Hope everyone had a fabulous Father's day!   Hubby and I spent our day enjoying the perfect weather, and made Smore's for dinner by the fire....all in all a great relaxing day.   I am in the midst of "recovery"....my sewing area that is.. many moons ago as a youngster I worked at a large retail chain and we spent precious minutes excited about leaving work doing "recovery" for the store...          My sewing area is in desperate need of recovery....lol ....I try to remember to put everything back in it's place. Apparently I don't try hard enough because boy howdy is it in disarray.    Hoping to post my new "BerryBag" tomorrow ...I may even try to make an "apple" bag too..    =)

I spent most of yesterday running around in circles and tying up loose ends...conversations, paperwork...yucky stuff...  and I managed to finish this girl..whom is already on her way to her new home however I so enjoy making her and will have another ready sometime this week ....after my wholesale order.      She is a sweet Meadows Farm pattern of course....lol.   

I was feeling kinda "Girly" today so I created my "Bella and Bubbles" pattern kitty with blue eyes in white ....she is dressed in pinks and made to sit.....some days you just gotta go with the girl thing....lol.....   

Yay! sweet sunny days and nice weather

Today was a Beautiful day! I so missed the sun, and the 70 something degrees...spend lots of time planting in containers...and trying out the "pool method" .... I have kiddie pools with 5-5 gallon buckets in two of the pools and  5- cloth shopping bags in the third.  So far my cabbages have germinated, romaine is growing, Fool You jalapeno peppers and  Heirloom tomato's are doubled in size and flowers are actually growing too.   It's awesome.   I try to plant everywhere I can.....and my biggest surprise was finding a giant Morel mushroom under my lilac tree.    Hubby made a square wooden box around the area and we are going to try to propagate them for next year with some purchased spore and kitchen scraps...of a vegetable nature.         Besides that I have been FINALLY finishing up my  Bella and Bubbles pattern...     hope to get it out this week along with a new pattern I have been tossing around for about 6 months..

Lovin' the Ellies lately

Lately I have been enamored with Elephants....Love love love me some ellies....Love this new pattern! This Ellie is a BIG girl, 21" with hat seated. She has painted toes, stained body and lightly stained clothing, a removeable hat with rusty bell and rusty bell trim on her dress yoke. It's Friday people .....that means estate sales for me ...love to embelish with vintage doo dads..lol    I am off to help a friend plant and then on to some sales..and I promised myself I would finish the epattern for my kitty....     This kitty is made from a Sweet Meadows Farm pattern called " Animal Crackers".... I sculpted the head and gave her big eyes to look like my Persians...she is available on my Etsy and my Facebook selling page.
